Who provides Braith
Braith is provided by Shay Gavan trading as Braith. Contact support@braith.dev for support, billing questions or complaints.
Using the service
Braith monitors configured customer tasks in your app and reports evidence of possible failures. It is a tool for running a business app. You must be authorised to manage the app and the data you send to Braith.
You choose which outcomes and events to monitor. Your coding tool can help install the integration, but you remain responsible for reviewing its changes, deploying them and checking that they represent your app correctly. Keep account passwords and private integration keys secure. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
Detection depends on your configuration, the evidence received and the available allowance. Results can be incomplete or incorrect. Missing telemetry alone does not establish that a task failed. Review the evidence before acting; Braith is not an emergency or safety-critical monitoring service.
Plans, payment and cancellation
Free does not automatically become paid. Selecting a paid plan does not start a subscription. The price and allowances are shown before you explicitly subscribe through Stripe.
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. The displayed price is the total, including applicable tax. You can cancel through Usage & billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with access continuing until then unless payment fails or the service is suspended for another reason under these terms.
Analysis allowance renews with the paid billing period. Incoming-event allowances reset by UTC calendar month. Longer journeys, repeated reviews and retries can consume more analysis. An event allowance is not a promise that every accepted event will receive unlimited analysis. When an allowance or service protection is reached, intake or analysis can pause. There are no automatic top-ups or overage charges.
Contact support@braith.dev about billing mistakes, failed service or a refund request. These terms do not remove any statutory cancellation, refund or other rights that apply to you. Any future price change will be explained before it applies to your renewal.
Your data
You keep ownership of your app, configuration and submitted data. You authorise Braith and its service providers to process that data to provide, secure and support the service. The privacy notice explains the data flow, providers and retention.
Send only data needed to assess the configured outcome. Use pseudonymous user identifiers where possible. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in event properties. You are responsible for your app's privacy notices, lawful basis and any required permissions for monitoring its users.
Do not use Braith to break the law, access another person's project, send harmful content, attack the service or bypass usage and security controls. We can restrict access where reasonably necessary to address those problems, non-payment or an immediate security or operational risk. We will explain the restriction where doing so is practical and safe.
Availability and ending the service
We aim to keep Braith available but do not promise uninterrupted operation or detection of every failure. Provider outages, maintenance and service protections can affect collection, analysis or alerts. Contact support if monitoring is delayed or paused unexpectedly.
You can stop sending events at any time. Cancel a paid subscription before deleting its project or account, and wait until its paid period ends as the app explains. Deleting an account removes its active project records; limited billing, accounting and abuse-prevention records may remain where required or justified, as described in the privacy notice.
We will give reasonable notice of material service changes or closure where possible. If we end a paid service without a breach by you, contact us about unused prepaid service. We will not use these terms to exclude liability or rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Contact and changes
Write to support@braith.dev with questions or complaints. We will publish updated terms and draw attention to material changes before they take effect where reasonably possible. The version accepted when you sign up or subscribe will identify the terms applying to that action.
